Thirty-one casinos, nowhere near thirty-one companies. Let’s kill the suspense on why that matters, friend: it decides whether your second welcome bonus is valid, whether the complaint record you just read applies to the site you are on, and whether the “second opinion” casino you signed up to is run by the same people who already have your withdrawal on hold.
This page also has a hole in it, and we are going to show it to you rather than fill it. Six of the thirty-one do not disclose who runs them, and we could not document it independently either. Why the owner is the first thing to check, not the last
Casino marketing is built brand by brand. The money behind it is not. Four practical consequences follow from that, and none of them appear in a welcome offer:
- One welcome bonus per group, not per brand. Group terms routinely limit a new-player offer to one per household, IP or payment method across all sibling sites. Claiming the “second” one is how a bonus gets voided after you have already met the wagering.
- A complaint record is a group record. Our SuperSlots review counts 38 complaints logged across the parent group’s sister sites. Read a single brand’s reputation in isolation and you are reading a quarter of the evidence.
- A “second opinion” casino is not one. The bluntest line we have written on this is in that same review: if you are a BetOnline member trying SuperSlots as a fallback, “you’re not getting a second opinion — you’re dealing with the same company.” Same payment pipeline, same support team, same decision on your withdrawal.
- Account behaviour repeats across the family. Where a group limits winning accounts or freezes balances pending verification, that is a platform policy, not a brand quirk. The pattern we documented across the 1xBet family is the clearest example on this site.
One thing ownership does not do automatically: close your other accounts. Self-exclusion at one brand does not reliably travel to its siblings unless the group runs a single register and says so. If you are excluding yourself, do it brand by brand and confirm each one in writing.
The four groups that own more than one casino we rate
The Bodog family — four US-facing brands, one network
This is the group most US readers will actually meet, because it holds our highest-rated casino and three more in the top ten. The structural point: casino, sportsbook and poker share banking, payout processing and support across the family, which is why payout speeds are near-identical between them and why “trying a different one” changes the games, not the operator.

The Mega Moolah brands. The library, the VIP scheme and the support team are shared across roughly 29 sites, of which we rate five. That is the whole story of this group: what differs between them is the shape of the welcome offer, and very little else.

A caution we will state plainly, because it is the trap on this whole subject. Casino Rewards and the Palace Group are two different networks that look alike from the outside: both are long-running, both are Microgaming-based, both serve Canada, and their corporate names overlap confusingly (Bayton, Baytree, Baytree Interactive). Plenty of affiliate sites — and some of our own older review copy — use the two group names loosely, as if they were one thing. Treat them as separate unless you can see a shared corporate entity, and do not assume a bonus claimed at JackpotCity has any bearing on one claimed at Yukon Gold.
The 1xBet family — one platform, several brands, one review here
1xBet is the only member we rate as a casino, at 2.0 — our lowest score. Melbet, Betwinner, Megapari and 22bet all license the same BetB2B platform, which is why their interfaces match down to the bet-slip behaviour. The important qualifier, and the reason this sits in its own section rather than in the tables above: a shared platform is not proof of common ownership. One name on that list deserves a flag for a different reason. Dama N.V. is not a one-casino company — it holds licences for a large number of brands beyond the one we rate. RocketPlay stands alone on our site; it does not stand alone in the market. The same caution applies to any Curacao operator with a single licence number spread across several front-ends.
Six we cannot name — and what that is worth knowing
Here is the part an affiliate page normally leaves out. For these six, neither the casino nor our review names a company we can verify. We are not going to guess, and we are not going to quietly drop them from the page so the tables look complete.

Notice what this column does not do: it does not sort the list. Rainbet at 4.5 and Winnita at 2.5 sit in the same table, because an undisclosed operator is a missing piece of evidence rather than a verdict on its own. It is the same conclusion we reached grouping our ratings by licence in how to verify a casino license: a verifiable operator tells you very little that is good; an unverifiable one tells you something you should weigh. Use it as a filter that excludes, never as a badge that approves.
How we grouped these
A brand appears in a group here only where our own review or comparison page documents the link: a named corporate entity, a stated parent, or a shared platform described as such. Where a connection is widely repeated in the industry but we could not document it — Slots.lv and the Bodog family being the clearest case — the row says so, and the brand is not quietly filed under the group anyway.
That standard costs us a tidier page. It is the right trade, because on this subject the tidy version is usually the wrong one. Shared software is not shared ownership; a shared payment processor is not a parent company; and a group name repeated across a hundred affiliate sites is not a source. Where we could only show a platform, we said platform. Where we could show a parent, we named it.
Checking any of this yourself takes about five minutes: find the operating company in the casino’s footer, next to the regulator’s name and licence number, then search that number on the regulator’s own site rather than through the casino’s link. If the footer names no company at all, you have learned something already.
