Maine iGaming Lawsuit 2026 — Oxford Casino Challenges Tribal-Only Online Casino Law

Oxford Casino Hotel and its parent company Churchill Downs filed a federal lawsuit on January 23, 2026, challenging Maine's new iGaming law that grants exclusive online casino rights to the state's four Wabanaki Nations.
