Short version first, friend: Kineko Casino closed. The crypto casino and sportsbook at kineko.com went to an “under maintenance” page in November 2024 and has returned nothing but errors since December 2024. Casino Guru now states that it “has been closed and no longer operates”. If a site is still telling you about Kineko’s welcome bonus, it hasn’t looked recently. This page is about what Kineko was, how it ended, and what the record shows for anyone still owed money.

Kineko Casino Closed: How It Ended
The sequence, from archived copies of the site: a working homepage on 3 October 2024, an “under maintenance” page on 6 and 17 November, then connection errors from December 2024 onward. Sources disagree on the exact closing date, giving late November, 5 December or 6 December. There was no announcement we could find.
The licence trail had already gone cold before that. Antillephone’s validator today says it “cannot verify the licensing status of kineko.com” and shows an operating status of INVALID. Neither Sunseven nor Kineko appears in the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s current registers. The Anjouan licence the 2024 terms referred to gave no number, and there is no public register we could check it against.
One crypto-industry site, CryptoGamble, described the closure as “a drawn-out exit scam” and reported that the switch from the KKO token to KNK wiped out the old token’s value. That is its characterisation, not ours, and we couldn’t verify the token claim independently. What we can say is that the complaint record below fits a site that was slowing payouts for well over a year before it went dark.
What the Complaint Record Shows
- Casino Guru: safety index 4.7, “Low”, with 8 complaints: 0 resolved, 7 rejected, 1 unresolved. The unresolved case is a UK player owed £11,203, closed in October 2024 after no reaction from the casino. A Norwegian player reported $152,150 delayed from May 2023; that case and two Canadian ones were rejected only because they concerned sports winnings, which Casino Guru doesn’t handle.
- Trustpilot: 2.9 out of 5 from just 5 reviews, the latest from March 2024.
- The themes: withdrawals delayed for weeks or months, payouts limited to a few thousand dollars “every few months”, accounts closed for alleged multiple accounts, and support that only passed messages along.

If Kineko Still Owes You Money
We won’t pretend the odds are good. There is no live site, no working licence to complain under, and the last named operator was a Costa Rican company with no regulator that takes player complaints. What you can still do: keep every record you have (deposit transactions, screenshots of your balance, support emails), file a complaint on a mediation platform so the case is on the public record, and check whether your deposit method offers any recourse.
